Have you ever sat and watched how water flows when your at the beach, or chilling by the pool relaxing? Did you notice that shine that pops up when bright light hits the waves? This design is based on that shine that reflects off of the water. What I did to get that shine was extract the color of the water and keep that glimmering shine. So what you see in this design is that glimmering shine colored in a brightened bluish green color. .This design as most of my designs lately was originally a home decor design, but looks great on products and accessories.
